Delivery Charges
These charges apply to deliveries within the Republic of Ireland. Free delivery applies only to standard shipments weighing up to 25 kg.

Important: Heavy-goods and specialist-delivery charges take priority over the free standard delivery threshold, regardless of the order value.
Delivery Times & Dispatch
- We currently deliver throughout the Republic of Ireland.
- Most standard orders arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Parcels are delivered by DPD or An Post during normal business hours.
- Where tracking is available, DPD or An Post tracking information will be emailed after dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Oversized, Bulky or Fragile Items
Some products require specialist transport or pallet delivery because of their size, weight, fragility or handling requirements. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch to explain the available options and provide a delivery quotation. The free standard delivery threshold does not apply to these items. If you do not wish to proceed with the quoted charge, you may cancel the affected item or order for a refund.
Damaged, Missing or Incomplete Deliveries
Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If the parcel is visibly damaged or any item is missing, photograph the packaging and contents, keep all packaging, and contact us as soon as possible—ideally within 48 hours. Prompt reporting helps us investigate with the courier and does not affect your statutory rights.
