Product Details

The T0990 VDE Cable Sheath Stripping Knife is a specially adapted electrician's knife for slitting the outer sheath of cables without damaging the inner conductors. The double edged blade cuts on both the push and the pull stroke, the hardened stainless steel blade holds its edge in regular use, and the dual component handle stays comfortable in the hand. The knife is VDE approved - individually tested to 10,000V for safe working on installations up to 1,000V - and is supplied with a protective cap for safe storage.
