The DWE6423 is a 280W variable speed random orbit sander for finish sanding and material removal in wood, plastics, and painted surfaces. Variable speed from 8,000 to 12,000 orbits per minute allows sanding speed to be matched to material and grit, and the controlled finishing system manages pad speed on start-up to prevent gouging at the workpiece edge. An AIRLOCK-compatible dust extraction port connects directly to a DEWALT extractor or a fabric dust bag. Hook and loop paper attachment allows fast abrasive changes.
