The FAIGD3 Tile and Glass Drill Bit is a 3mm tungsten carbide spear-tip bit for drilling glass, mirrors, ceramic tiles, bottles and similar hard, brittle surfaces. The spear-tip geometry distributes load evenly during drilling to reduce the risk of cracking, and the tungsten carbide composition maintains a sharp cutting edge on hard materials that would quickly blunt a standard HSS bit.
